5 HABITS TO ACHIEVE MORE

Think Sharper - Feel Better - Waste Less Energy

Most people don’t need more hours — they need better habits. Here are 5 small shifts that help you think clearer, feel better, and waste less energy.

  1. Walk While You Talk

Jobs, Nietzsche, and Aristotle all did it. Walking helps you think more clearly. Try a walking meeting or a solo walk to unlock ideas.

  2. Drink More Water

Your brain is 73% water. Even mild dehydration hurts focus. Keep a water bottle nearby — your thoughts will thank you.

  3. Eat Until You’re 80% Full

Inspired by Japanese culture: eat slowly, choose real food, and stop before you’re stuffed. Your brain doesn’t work well in a food coma.

  4. Prioritize Real Rest

Good sleep is brain fuel. Aim for 7+ hours a night. Power naps are legal if they help you reset.

  5. Cut Out Energy Vampires

Spend time with people who fill your tank, not drain it. Energy is everything — protect it.

STORIES THAT TEACH: HOW ONE FROG NEVER GAVE UP

Two frogs fell into a bucket of cream.

One gave up quickly. It was too hard to swim in something so thick — he sank and was never seen again.

The second frog kept kicking. It was exhausting. Hopeless. But he kept going.

And just as his legs began to fail… the cream turned into butter.

He hopped out.

MORAL OF THE STORY: Sometimes the only way out is through. Even if it doesn’t feel like it’s working, motion becomes momentum.

Thanks for being here from Day 1.

The goal? To make marketing feel cooler, smarter, and worth talking about.
